Default When do YOUR windows work?

Another apparent oddity of my '04 GT is that the windows/sunroof only work when the key is in the "ON" position, when every other car I've ever owned operates them in the "ACCESORY" position as well. Is this specific to the GT, or is my car wired wrong?

That's a chrysler thing....every power-window chrysler I've owned since the late 80s models has operated this way.

My neon will open the roof in the on & acc position, but the windows only work in the on position.

That's pretty strange, since my Durango--also a DC product--allows you to raise/lower windows in either key position...
