Exclamation turbo surging

Ok so I have a 04vin8 turbo auto. Im having problems with what seems to be turbo surging in idle only the rpms dont really jump but my.boost gauge is going crazy. My cruise control will wprk for about 20mins then it wont let me use it and after that I can only pull 4 pounds of boost which is less than half of what im normally at have replaced the cam sensor tbs aic valve and have done a smoke test to the vaccum lines upper and lower plenums gaskets on the intake manifold and the exhaust mani gasket also im throwing codes p0068 p1189 p0344 please help im getting pissed and I have 2 turbo dodge guys look and Notting please help

Maybe you've got a loose or broken ground wire somewhere. IDK, I'm just speculating.
