Well,
there are 3 wheel well screws, plus just in the well are 2 bolts with hex nuts. 2 screws on the front of the bumper behind the grill and 3 under the car holding it's lower edge. the bolts almost got me cause they are hard to see. I think a 10 or 11mm deep socket'll get those. They hold the corner of the bumper where it comes together at the wheel well and quarter panel. Heh, to remove the intercooler, requires undoing the latrger radiator retainer plate (4 bolts), undoing both intercooler pipes and unbolting the intercooler (2 bolts). You don't have to remove the whole assembly. Heh, when I was done I had no leftover pieces....[ ]OTE, it's held well, course i nicked it Friday night... On the front of the bumper near the upper grill, you can see these 4 wedge shape pieces. they look like pop uts but are actually guide pins to hold the upper edge of the bumper.

Can I be president?
When I installed S1, I sheared a bolt on the thermostat housing. (The unclamped one) Course, all I needed to replace it was a Home Depot bolt. When it happened, though, I swallowed my tongue. [ ]Guess it could be worse tho. Learned something I didn't know before and didn't use a manual to do it.
