The 3rd gear stumble is gone!
*knocks on wood*
Replaced the plug wires with the mopar ones. Went to pull the 4th wire out and it only half of it came off. I cant believe a car with 20K miles could have wires in such bad shape. Test drove it and I could not replicate the problem on high speed partial throttle passes. Awesome. [8)] When its time to install Stage I Ill probably replace the coil while Im at it...just in case that was the root of this problem.

The root of the problem is HEAT.
I used LiveWires 10mm, Blue, and a MSD coil. I liked the LiveWires because of the composition and the heat shields built onto them, pricer than the Mopars though.
