I wouldn't make a big deal about paying for the service. They are in the wrong IMHO, but if you fight them on it things could get worse.
You had a BOV and Stage 1 on the car? So you did mods that could void your warranty? Piss them off and you could very well be in a position to pay the 3 grand for that short block yourself. Walk away and let sleeping dogs lie.

i paid only $347.00. and i only have the BOV.

GTCruiser2003 - You asked about motor mounts. It's probably poor timing now that your engine work is done but I purchased my motor and tranny mounts from the website listed below. They use the factory motor mounts then fill them solid with some type of epoxy/resin substance. I highly recommend them.
Once on the website, click on Dodge then SRT4 then scroll down until you see the mounts. The SRT4 mounts are identical to the PT except for the tranny. http://jlmmotorsports.com
