I'm curious to as how many miles people have racked up on their PT. I am coming up to 30,000 myself; and no major problems at all. What are your situations?

8314 miles on my 2004 GT 2.4L Hight Output TURBO and it is running flawlessly. Have been using Mobil 1 5W-30 oil since about 3700 miles and the engine runs and sounds like a fine-tuned rocket--it just keeps running better and better the more miles I put on it. [8D] Just under 1000 miles on STAGE 1 and no complaints or issues whatsoever--noticeable improvement in overall driveability, increased power/performance, and possibly, a slight increase in gas mileage which may improve further if I ever get over my severe case of "leadfoot"!

27,500 miles in 16 pleasurable months and 16,000 miles with Stage 1.

Right under 15,000 miles on my '03 DC2. No high rpm miss, no squeaks, no wheel pitting, etc. Not one problem...yet. Switching to Mobil 1 and K&N drop in at 15K.
I guess I got a good one. |

I just rollerd over 35,000 with no probs (but I don't count my chickens before they hatch...cause I have ALWAYS had the worst luck with cars)

With 18K on the Cruiser, mechanically it has been fine. Only problem was with the door handles and chrome rims. Rust looking spots that they did replace under warranty. Not done on first visit but third. I stated before that my dealers service department sucks. It will be two years old in October and everything still seems tight. Nice car. Oh yeah, we will let you slide this time Crewzin[8D]

28K. 4 burnt exhaust valves due to faulty timing belt tensioner. Dealer replaced all exhaust valves under warranty. Took 7 weeks. Got it back, dealer left off pass side splash shield and rear intake manifold bracket, 2" gash in paint on Pass fender. Took it back in, 1 week later splash shield and bracket replaced. Made appt for scratch repair for first thing following Monday. 11 days later (Fri)they call to tell me it's ready. Painter went on Vacation the day i took it in. BTW, they only would give me a loaner for the paint repair. I guess I should be thankfull it was all fixed for free.
And that i have 2 cars [B)] I still love my PT though! [|)]You asked! [8]
