HP is usually measured from the factory at the flywheel and depending on your tranny type, you lose a certain percentage of that.
Our 215hp rated PTs put down 180 or so to the ground.

I know pretty much nothing about cars or engine wise anyway (as you can probably tell). [V]
Sakigt, what does the 14.67 @ 94.5 mean in your signature? I know it's something about a mile or 1/4 a mile. But that's pretty much it.

um, yeah, we kinda got that. But at least you are asking questions rather than basking in ignorance.
Saki's 14.67 is the seconds it took to run the quarter mile, 94.5 was the speed her car was travelling at the end of the quarter.
