THEY HAVE 1 ON EBAY TURBO AND THEY TELL ME ITS THE 220HP
I THOUGHT ONLY THE GT CAME IN 22O HP
WAS IT A AVALIABLE UPGRADRE OR IS SOME TRICKERY GOING ON HERE?

To best of my knowledge the GT is the only one with the 220 hp High Output Turbo. Somebody is fooling you.

The ONLY way to get a 220HP Turbo PT Cruiser from the factory is to get the GT. The Limited (if turbocharged - you can of course get the N/A) only comes with the 180HP Turbo Lite and that only started with the 2004 model year. You can, however, add Stage 1 to a Turbo Lite, but you end up with 235-240HP, not 220HP. Do you have a link to the car in question?

No way that is 220 factory. absolutely impossible. it is a 180. dont let them tell you otherwise.

It has a regular automatic trans and not an autostick. This is the turbo lite, 180 HP. I just read that you could probably get a full GT for the buy it now price.

That car is Limited Edition Platinum Series, essentially the same car I have, and it has a 180HP turbo lite in it. Absolutely, 100% guaranteed.

I checked out some other dealers selling new cars on eBay:

- the one you link to claims a retail of $21,780. I find that hard to believe for a Platinum Series as the Chrysler website says they start at $22,060.00 after $3,000 Cash Allowance ($25,060 sticker).
- another dealer is listing a 2004 LE Turbo claiming (in multiple locations on the listing) that it has a 2.0 liter engine, yet there's a picture of the hatch clearing showing "2.4L Turbo"

My point? Some dealers are incredibly stupid.

Another perfect example of a dealer that knows nothing about the cars they sell.
It's a turbo but only a 180hp one.
Only rhe GT H.O. has the 220hp stock.

They gave the car's VIN on that page, so you can identify wat it is. Search this site for VIN decoding and you'll know pecisely what it is.
