Does anyone have any pics of thier install of a boost gauge?? what line do you have to tap into to get a reading? tried search but came up empty.
thanks P.S. if anyone has pics of the sensor for a water temp gauge installed, that would also be greatly appreciated. |

I mounted my boost gauge on the steering column. I tapped a copper "T" into the brake booster line and ran the clear tubing through the firewall and into the back of the boost gauge.
Here is a picture of the boost gauge: Here is a picture of the fitting from the engine bay: Hope this helps!

I used the same location to mount my boost gage as BlueberryGT. I put a steel 'T' fitting in the power brake line. A 3/8x1/4x3/8 fitting is a very tight fit. I didn't use any clamps, but you can use small gear type clamps. Be sure to use a metal, copper or steel 'T' fitting, because plastic will melt.
