Default Auto trans
Is there anything that will make out trans a little stronger? I know of the rep for chrysler autos.

There are not any real common problems with Chrysler trans anymore. The only real problems they ever had where some of the old trucks and the old minivan ones. There are no common weak points that you can improve on. Just maintain them.

Check those transmission fluid levels regularly.

I disagree. My parents current('02) and past('96) Caravan's had the trannies REPLACED. Under warrenty. My sister's Caravan (late 90's) had the tranny replaced TWICE. Once under warrenty. My brother in laws (late 90's) INTREPID had tranny replaced TWICE. Once under warrenty. Needless to say, DC has lost 3 use to be loyal buyers. All 4 vehicles were serviced by the same dealer on the reg. maint. schedule. Actually, I think the first time for all they were replaced. The second time around they were rebuilt. So i'd say there are still problems.

Makes you wonder if they truley serviced the transmissions. Make sure you only use atf+4!

I am not saying they are bullet proof but the 41te's, the same ones used in the late 80 until the 2001 redesign, were all the same trans. But the newer trans they use in our cars or some of the sebrings and that are better than the old ones. I am just saying Chrysler addressed a problem they've had for a while. Maybe it's time to change dealer's too. Seems funny that so many of your tranny problems were all serviced by the same place at the regular 30k intervals.
