So they wouldn't replace the windshield because you lowered the car? Based on what? Are they saying that the windshield was rattling around in the mounting and it broke because of the lower springs? They should fix it because it was loose.
Are they saying that the body flexed so much that it broke the windshield? Still not he fault of the springs. They would have a hard time proving that. I would be marching up the DC ladder to get that taken car of. The days of a dealer denying all claims base on an unrelated modification ended years ago. You should be in small claims court and filing complaints with the BBB, and the state office of automotive affairs or what ever agency oversees shops in your state.
