Up until recently I've been in my own little GT world, not caring about other cars out there but this has piqued my interest a bit.

So the SRT-4 is supposed to be a faster car than our GT? I'm assuming we're comparing apples to apples? What are the specs on a stock SRT-4 and how do they compare to our GT?

Same goes for the WRX since it seems to be another "sworn enemy" of ours. What are the specs on a stock WRX?

Also, what does WOT stand for?

Thanks.

Same drivetrain, lighter and lower (aka, more aerodynamic)

WRX STi, 4WD 227HP up to 300HP. On a twisty course, the STi kils the Neon and the GT.

same engine, same turbo, different transmitions. I also thought boost was a little lower on the GT, but not sure. I havent installed our boost gauge yet, so I cant say for sure.

Myred, youre thinking of the base WRX. The STi's kill neons, gts, and evos. Im not sure how much horsepower they have, but i know they run low 13s

Yes, I was thinking of the base WRX. Off Topic but my son beat 4 different STIs and 8 different WRXs at our last autocross with our 20 year old, 1.7L NA VW Rabbit. Boy, you should have seen how pissed they were at the end of the day! Yeah, they can drag a 13 second quarter but even their Turbocharged 4WD can be beaten on the twisties by our lil ol' wabbit. [8)]
