Me 1 SRT-4 0

hello all,

Have not posted for quite some time no net connection... now im back and got a short story with a moral at the end...

Cruzn down Expressway when i pass a SRT-4 IÂ’m doing about 80 heÂ’s about 70-75 almost at the end... so I pull off at the last exit and get hit with a traffic light and who pulls up right next to me yup Mr. SRT-4. so I look over young guy driving and when the light turns yellow on the opposite side then I hear him start to blow it off trying to show off... so when it turns green I expect him to drop it on me trying to prove alpha male status so i take off with a little something something not at WOT but not normal take off... so we are neck and neck and I can hear the nice tone from his exhaust start to growl and i hear a blow off again so at that point I dropped it my size 16 buried to the floor cause i know this town well and I know about little more then 1/4 mile down the road the 2 lane goes 1 and ide be dammed if I was going to back down even though I know he could woop me silly with that car... to make a long story short I donÂ’t think he expected me to throw down with him and with my badges off the back he didnÂ’t know what kind of PT he was messing withÂ… I beat him to the lane... IÂ’m not talking about speed here cause I know which car is faster but the moral I was speaking of... if your going to show off and act like u have a fast car...donÂ’t mess with a PT and know how to drive your car

The SRT-4's exhaust are mufferless and are pretty loud for stock. The blow off valve might be the well known Mopar ones (some SRT-4 forum members consider them rice toys).

Did it ever occur to anyone that the SRT-4 driver also knew the road changed to a single lane just a short stretch down the road like 2point4 and deceided not to race to the point where one car would be forced off the road?

2point4...by the way, this is a "DUEL"

Just be careful. Even though you know the road ahead, the other person may not. He might keep on trying to outrun you until someone ends up with no road left.
