Does anyone have a Aero-turbine muffler?

Has anyone installed the Aero-Turbine muffler? I saw it advertised while watching 2 guys garage on Spike TV. Just wondering if anyone on the forum has tried it and noticed any improvements...gains..losses etc. Please let us know.
