I wouldn't worry about the bog. Just be happy you kept up with a car that has a big rep in rice and domestic circles!

I don't have that bog mashing the pedal in 2nd or 3rd. I have stage 1 and plugs are gapped at .040. Maybe because I have the VAK ucp.

Oh man, the guys at the WRX forum are gonna get wind of this thread and the fertilizer will hit the air conditioner again! And to think we coulda put the whole PTGT vs WRX issue to rest if some of the WRX guys would have just shown up at the track last weekend. Oh well.

I know what you mean. Some of those guys are really excitable. It gets old quick. Needs to be settled at the track. Myself, I don't care who's faster. I just like my ride and the adrenalin rush I get.

Yea, I've been putting a few cents into their forum, they really hate any other car that isn't a WRX. They hit below the belt too, throwing in pictures of different rides (CREWZIN's PT was posted a few days ago) and saying how ugly our PT's look. You can't knock a bit of sense into them. I've given up, it's just fun to watch them b$#@% and moan.

I guess that can come with being young. Some of them have a chip on their shoulder and are narrow minded. They hate anything the older generation likes. Putting Crewzin's PT on their site and chopping it. How juvenile can you get? That's not true with all young people. Some like our cars and the some that don't still won't rag on them and get all excited and mouthy. One site I like that has a lot of young people is the SRT4 forums. I've posted on there before and they know I have a GT and I don't get any crap. They actually try to help you and ask questions about your ride.

If you go to other car forums, don't expect any love unless your car is that car or related to it.

This has been going on since Ford vs. Chevy in the early 1900s. In Japan it's Honda vs. Toyota.

I know what I like. That's why I got this car. Based on all the other Cruisers on the road I'm not the only one that likes it.

When it comes to speed the bottom line is money, not make or model!

Mike-in-Orange

I just visted your site. Nice job so far.

That time you have posted in your sig, that really good for a Turbo-Lite w/ auto tranny. Is that after the mods installed now?

I'm thinking of the BTG downpipe, Hi flow cat & dual exhaust for mine. then the VAK pipe down the road...[8)]

actually I think its Toyota VS Nissan in Japan. Honda tuning isnt as crazy there as it is here. Nissan is Japans powerhouse.
