PTGT_Boy, did you start with a Lite or HO? [:I] Your numbers look like stock HO. My biggest increase in perceived performance was Adam's UCP. Stage 1 didn't come close.

Useless mods for dynos: Xenon Body Kit/CC roll pan, Mopar/Hurst Shifta.
But aren't similar mods good for 35-55HP on a Honda?[}]

The numbers I listed are Stage 1 for an 04 GT 5-Speed Manual.

Stage 0 with VAK pipes I got:

199.2 WHP and 246.1 WTQ.

My dyno's should be lower than most out-state cruisers (California restrictions suxs) since I dyno with 91 Octane gas.

PTGT, in other words from your 04 GT (High Output)stock hp of 220 your only getting a 9.76 HP gain from your mods? [:I] Or, is DC's 220HP for the GT just a "calculated" HP? I may be getting the same "feel" from my similar mods but it sure feels like a bigger than 10 HP gain.

The 220 rating that GT's have is about right. The GT auto will dyno lower than the 200's, the manual will dyno around the low 200's.

Stage 1 mod was probably the best mod that had any effect on my 1/4 mile times. The other mods that I have done didn't change my 1/4 mile times ( I tested the mods before Stage 1 was installed). Now that I have motor mounts, I'm sure the mounts will help alot on my wheelhop situations (I won't be able to test these till Janauary).

My recomendations on mods that would affect the 1/4 mile time(assuming your going to stay lighly modded):

1st: Motor Mounts. Required more for the 5-Speeds. I can't tell you how much nicer to have all the power slapped down to the ground. On stock mounts, it always felt like the car floated all the power gains into thin air.
2nd: Stage 1
3rd: All other mods can be bought at any order.

They told me just removing all the restrictive silentcers would make a difference. They were designed in to remove the various noises for the turbo's intake to get the car more quiet for the general public.
So the restrictive silencers can be removed from the upcharge pipe? Or is it built into one piece and is not removeable?

The uppercharge pipe has no silencers. The turbo up pipe has one silencer and the air box has two.

Which one is the turbo up-pipe? Is it the pipe that connects from the air filter/maf to the turbo?
