The dash and steering wheel vibrate at idle, it's a slight thing, but fairly annoying. I've been in other 4cyls. and it seems to be pretty typical.

That's why so many people prefer the smoothness of a 6 or 8.
I still don't get it. [:I] I've owned 4 bangers, inline 6's, v6's, and v8's, and both my old PT Touring and my new GT have been smooth. My old Chevy Caprice V8 had the harshes vibration, and it was only really noticeable when it needed a tune up. It's been a couple of times I have been in my GT and forgot it was on, and tried to start it again because it actually felt like it was off! I get no vibration whatsoever. I think something might be wrong with your PT. [:0]

I agree. All three of my PT's have been smooth when running. I've owned mostly 4 bangers and the only time there was vibration or were really noticeable was when there was something wrong.

Arthur, I agree with the guys. My GT is also smooth as silk at idle. I would have your vibration checked out because it is not normal on this car.
Your steering wheel or anything else for that matter should not be vibrating at idle.
