The turbo spark plugs should be torqued to 13 ft-lbs but not less than 11 or greater than 15 ft-lbs.

Where are they? On the top center of the valve cover.
Your questions reflect some inexperience (please don't take offense if not), so here are some tips.
Let the engine cool completely.
Carefully remove the plug wires, noting where they go BEFORE removing.
Blow out the plug wells so nothing falls in when removing the plugs.
Using the proper socket, remove the plugs, noting any 'tightness' after the initial loosening and being careful not to strip the head if they are.
Compare the plugs before installing. Look for the same length, thread length and tip shape. visually check to make sure none of the gaps are closed up.
Coating the threads with anti-seize is debated, but I always do it on aluminum engines. A little goes a long way.
Start the plugs by hand, using the socket (if it has the rubber inside) or an old plug boot.
Finish tightening with tools, a torque wrench is a good idea.
If you have some di-electric grease, use one of the old plug ends to coat the inside of the wire boots. This will keep the wires from sticking the next time you service the wires or plugs.
Install the wires, making sure they are in the same place and not rubbing on anything.
Check all the fluids and air filter.
Service the throttle body, if it hasn't been done in a while.
A battery disconnect and quick learn (with advise to your wife) would let it learn the new operating conditions. If any of this isn't something you've already read about, search for it here.
Have fun getting into the karma of doing it yourself.

If you do not know where the plugs are...I would leave it to a pro...you might mess it up...also on the Turbo Lite you have to dissonect the map sensor and the cover around the throttle cables to have full access to the plugs..

PS, 03's don't have the turbo lite option so he probably has the GT.

Do not put anti-seize on the threads. I will not allow the proper torque of the plug and you can easily overtigthen it. The anti-seize can also coke on the threads overtime causing difficult removal and/or pulling the threads out of the head, especially on an aluminum head![:0]

Exactly the opposite. The anti-seize allows you to get the proper torque. A dry thread will gall in the head and will appear to reach the correct torque before it actually is there. You cannot "over torque" if you are using a properly calibrated torque wrench. Anti-seize will not coke. It will make the plug easier to remove over time.
