Default AGP WGA install

I finally got around to installing a boost gauge on the Cruiser. Now I need to install the wga that has been sitting in my garage for the past couple months. I have the instructions, so Im not asking for those type of install tips, but what do I need to know before installing?
Since it is adjustable, does it come preset at a certain psi?

thanks

ok, so after a freakin long time of BS I finally got the heat shield off. Replacing the actuators was the easy part but now whats up with the vaccum lines? Unplug the WGA line and the tan off the back of the turbo. I did that. Now it says I have to run a bleeder or BC in between the turbo and the wga. Ok, but what vacuum line am I suppost to use for doing that? Are they suggesting that I need to have a spare hose lying around the house that i can use? I wish I knew this part ahead of time because now the auto stores are closed and the car is in pieces...HELP!
