It's a "pay me now or pay me later" deal. The auto trans is very expensive to rebuild, so frequent fluid/filter changes help to keep it alive. As stated, get the Mopar fluid and filter. Some people see cars as disposible appliances. Run them hard and get a new one when it breaks. Most people here seem to be the type that want to keep the car longer and in better condition. Flushing requires special equipment, and many shops tend to be very proud of it. The special fluid is very important, so the 15k drain and fill may be better than a full flush with a machine and fluid that is not Mopar. This may be a case where the dealerhip may the best place for service, provided they are using only the correct fluid in their flushing equipment. Another example, Chrysler says to do the brake fluid at 48k if you tow, but if you have an (expensive) ABS unit, I'd say 30k in any case, with the tool to make sure the fluid inside the ABS is flushed, too.
