Kirby, I hope you are able to get this resolved. Try another dealer. As for slartyblarfast, 3 cheers and this should be read by everyone! There is a large percentage of people who treat shops and mechanics like mall stores. Whoever has the best price that week gets their business. A smaller percentage realize that it's better to treat them like a doctor, contractor or other professional. Find a good honest shop and USE THEM! A few dollars here will be made up when they know the car, your driving habits, and there is mutual respect. They will be more willing to go the extra mile and do the little extras. It will be a less stressful experience for the customer, too.

Don't forget - DC decided on the ride height soley for the purpose of passing the PT line off as a light truck for CAFE purposes.

i still have original axles
70K miles on a 3" Drop no problems except for blowing out the stock shocks (replaced w/ konis) and tearing up the bump stops.

I have since replaced springs w/ eibach and put in new bump stops and strut bearings (a real joke if you've ever seen 'em)

do you accelerate hard out of turns? nail the gas with the wheels turned?
