Default Turbo problem solved

Thank you very much to everyone who reponded to my post regarding a problem in which my turbo wasn't holding any boost and the engine lost power. It took me awhile to find the time to look for it when the engine was cool. The problem was with a bad coupler that joins a group of three small hoses (vacuum lines?) together that is at the firewall on the driver's side up high and close to the hood. This coupler has three prongs on either side that grab onto two large piece of rubber that these hoses are inserted into. This coupler looks very cheesy and inadequate. From the looks of it I would say the coupler's prongs have become a bit warped from the heat in the engine bay. I reconnected it, but I need to come up with a long-term solution to keep this from coming apart again.
