I want to try this on my PT. Getting samples from Mr. Mike. Maroon, Burgundy, Red. Not sure which will look the best with the Red and black two tone.

My brain has run out of ideas. I can't think of any more places to insert the welts. I have 15 -20 feet of it left. If any of you on PT CruiserLinks have any new ideas. Lemme know, and of course post some photos if possible.

The welt that you put above the glove box...do you have to glue it on the seam between the top of the glove box and the dash area so it will stay put..????

I opted not to install the welt around the air bag/glove box area. Simply beause there was not enough contrast bewteen the electric blue welts and the electric blue dash. I did not like the way it looked. However, if you start and end the welt strip on the left side of the dash, the welt fits snug and tight, which keeps the welt portion above the glove box taught. But if you wanted to add a dab of glue to the welt to make it more secure, you could do so.

i had lots left over, and used some in the trunk, where the carpet meets the plastic. there are a couple of tricky curves, but it actually looks nice, and adds a little color back there

rszappa1,

The only dap of glue I used around the glove box was the very tips where the two ends met up.
