It's a box with real fames on a side and the differents colours of the rearview mirror on the other side, with glue (but no adaptator).

I do the mod this week-end...and send pictures of it

That's the same one I have but mine says "autotechnica custom mirror"

Mine is Day/Night with same flames, came with glue AND adapter though. Weird that your's didn't even come with any glue.
