Its possible IF: the wiring is there at the seats and behind the panel below the radio where the switch would go.
I would try salvage yards for the seats. Good luck!!!

You might want to go with an aftermarket hot-seat kit.
Cheaper? Maybe. Complete installation instructions? Possibly.

This is a perfect opportunity for you to add heat to the seat, either factory or aftermarket, and some really special leather seats. See Mr. Mikes Leather Upholstery for PT Cruiser, Fiero, Kit-Car, Camaro and Firebird for photos of some of his creations. Remember the leather or fabric is nothing more than a seat cover and while you've got it off to change to leather add the heat pads, or visa versa.
