12.1" Flip Down Screen

Well I recieved a 12.1" overhead flip down screen. I consider myself an able electrician as far as cars go, but modifications are not my strong point. I'd rather not cut a hole in my head liner, but everywhere I look that's what they tell me to do. Any Ideas on a quick and easy install?

as far as ive seen, every headliner mounted AV system requires a hole of some size to be cut. wires have to be run through, and some systems arent surface mount and require a square hole to be cut in order for the system to recess properly. maybe if you mounted the system over the existing dome lamp hole (if it is a flush mount system) you could avoid cutting a hole, youd just loose some interior illumination and have four small holes for the fasteners.

Don't think of it as chickening out. Think of it as preserving your interior

I recently had to reposses a car that looks like someone either had a bunch of electronics like this in it at one time and removed them or started to install them and never finished. Either way, the interior is tore up.
