If your talking about the oval hole where the subwoofer would fit. No aftermarket company that I know of has made anything to fit into that hole to cover it up. Some owners use that hole for storage and in the 01-05 PTs there's a sort-of hidden compartment inside the oval.

Thanks. but that is not the right pannel. Sorry if i did not say the right one. Right above that pannel. I see in your photo you have the speaker grill. That is the trim pannel that i am talking about. I took pics but the file size was to big. I guess in yours it is your rear speakers. I hope I didnt confuse.

OK, so your looking for that panel with the speaker grill already cut out? The whole panel (with or without the grill) just pops right out. If you have any salvage/junk yards in your area, just try and find a crashed PT that had the upgraded stereo and get the inside panels from it.

since the 06 pts have speakers oint he rear doors, the piullar speakers were eliminated. if you want to install speakers there, you would have to source earlier model (05 and earlier) pillar trims, as well as run new speaker cables and an amp to power them. there is a warning though, the earlier pillar trims are slightly taller than the stock 06 trim, and the headliner may need to be clearanced to fit properly.
