I'm on my way to getting that chrome gear shifter plate that I fell in love with when I saw Crewzin's interior.

How would I install it? Thanks

The chrome plate just fits on with double sided tape but you do have to take the knob off the shaft of the shifter for the plate to fit on. Depending on which picture you saw of my interior, there's also a chrome outside ring that fits around the center piece and makes the center chrome piece look bigger. Picture #1 is without the outside ring...

It's been a lot of years since I did mine, but if my memory serves.....there's a very small screw located under the corbra head that has to be taken out almost all the way before the whole head and shaft (one piece) lifts off. At least that's how it worked on my 2001. It might even be a Torx or Allen head screw under there.
