Default Paint Question

So I'm looking at doing a lot of interior painting inside the PT, and I've ordered 4 5oz cans of spray paint from chrysler. My question is how far does this paint go. I'm wanting to do the center console, the radio bezel, the seat panel, levers. Basically any gray plastic inside lol. Could someone who has done this before maybe walk me through the steps. I hate to be asking so many dumb questions, but I want to mod the heck out of my baby, but I want to do it all myself, not buy everything. I think I will appreciate it more this way. Thanks in advance guys. This forum has been so helpful to me.

I've painted just about everything inside my PT including the rubber gasket thats inside around the sunroof. I usually bought 16 oz. cans from a paint supplier on line and one can goes quite a ways. I would always lightly sand each part, spray on adhesive promoter, then primer then paint. I painted the radio bezel and found that it had a rubbery coating on it that bubbled up when the paint hit it. Sanded and repainted and no more problem. Other pieces like the overhead console, floor console, glove box handle, top of the dash and door panels were never a problem, just takes a little time.

Thanks! That part about the bezel is really helpful, because that's what I'm gonna hit up first. You wouldn't happen to have some pictures would you?

Cool Re: Paint Question

As has been posted before....
Surface prep is the most important step. And, adhesion promoter.

Thanks soonercruiser! I'm glad you're honest, because with a car that looks as good as yours, I would do whatever you say lol.
