I ordered two for the front P/n 5067180-ab $ 7.10 and two for the rear p/n 5067182-ab $6.85.They both cane with the rod attached and the instructions are to remove the door panels and install with the new rods. I unscrewed from the rod and pushed through the hole. as my old ones were already removed through the panel the hole was already square, if you have never removed yours or the hole is still round then I would remove the door panel. if you don't want to use the rods then order 4 for the rear the rod is the only difference. TPScruiser had said buy the rear only and he is right. this weekend I will put a pic on PTCW.Truckmoxie.com/amx1397/

and that's the way it is.

I can't imagine having to remove the door panels to install pins. The MGW pins I have work very well. The only reason I would remove the door panel would be to avoid distorting the holes by pulling the stock pins out. The stock pins have a hex on the end that won't fit through the hole easily. See my post on MGW pins for more info on this.
