Hi. I'm considering purchasing the jewelled door locks and air vent knobs (in amber) from Cruise Motor Sports. I'm hoping someone has seen and/or installed them and can give me a thumbs up or a thumbs down on quality of product. Also, if you've had a good (or bad) experience with Cruiser Motor Sports, I'd be interested in hearing from you as well (didn't see anything in the b#tch forum but thought I'd ask anyway.) I've read ptdoityourself and am also looking forward to painting my middle dashboard console Inca Gold. These will likely be the first mods for my PT Series 1 and I'm trying my best not to flub it up. I know they're not major mods, but for a gal who has never done anything more advanced than changing headlamps, windshield wipers and checking her oil, this is big fixins! Thanks for any help ya'll can provide.

Well to start, I have ordered items from Mitch at CruiserMotorSports without any problems what so ever. Matter of fact that he goes out of his way to make sure that you are satisfied with the product he has. I met him at Cruiserfest this past summer, good people.

Mitch at Cruiser Motor Sports is a super guy. He's a PT Cruiser owner just like we are. You can't go wrong dealing with him. I have the center jewel AC vent knobs, but have used something else for the adjustment knobs. [8D]

Just a follow-up, I ordered the vent knobs and door locks today. I can't believe they're not here already!!! I'll have pics asap.
