Don't mean to talk over you, Rolo.
IRPT-I was thinking about the "DashDots" too.
The kit that you bought contains how many dots?
Considering that the steering wheel takes 6? H.
Where all did you put them? Gary04GT?

Herschel, the kit contains 6 dots for the steering wheel, 4 dots for the vent knobs and 2 dots for the door locks. I didn't use the ones for the door locks because I like the little green lights that are in the door locks.

At only $4/set you can put them most anywhere you think they look good on your car. After awhile, should you decide you don't like them, then just "use a hair-dryer" and off they come--no problem. Besides the steering wheel, I used them on the front door-lock switches, rear-window switches, and one ended up on my radio knob until I get a new MGW Ltd. chrome knob.

So as not to have any left over, I used most the remaining dots (I got two sets) in the engine bay on some of the plastic parts where I had applied paint...

...and, no doubt, I gained some additional horsepower with this "performance mod"![8)]

That is amazing--over 1200 views on this "cheap mod thread"! [?] Wonder what that tells you? [:I] Maybe, over 50% of the PT Cruisers now have "dots" installed on them!??? [8D] [^]
