according to my '02 manual it should be a "SWITCH, Headlamp Leveling".
Though that switch seems to be non-stock.

in order of position this is what should be there (left to right):

SWITCH, Electric Back Light
SWITCH, Headlamp Leveling
SWITCH, Wiper and Washer ,rear
SWITCH, T raction Control
POWER OUTLET, Cigar Lighter

It's either that, or the traction control switch.

That is not a factory switch. If you look close you'll see that it goes beyond the panel face line that the other two switches stop at. Also, it's a "rocker" type switch like the factory switches that are on either side of it. It should be the same shape as the other two if it was factory. That being said it could be almost anything that the previous owner installed, so your guess is as good as ours. It could be anything from fog lights to water/meth to anything in between. There is no way for us to tell. I would start the car---press the button and then get out to check for fog lights, etc.

MAn there sure are a lot of things that my 06 does NOT have like all the above

Thats because two of those, the "electric back light" and the "headlight leveling" are export items only. Mainly the UK. They don't come on any of the PTs thant are sold here in the states. You can't even buy them over our parts counters. I've tried.

Interesting, seems passenger ejection seat seems most likely so far, too bad I had not found this car back when I was married.

I did notice a strange symbol on both side mirrors that I don't recognize. If I had heated mirrors, where would the switch for that be located, or was this not an option on these cars?

You heated mirror don't have a switch. They come on when you hit the switch for the rear window heated wires.

Also on the overseas models, there's a switch for the REAR fog light that the U.S. models don't have. It's mandatory to have a 21w red light in the rear of the car so on foggy days the bright red light helps you from getting rear-ended.

Like Jerry said, what you have is an after market switch that could be for anything. I put two switches there myself, One for the Ahooga horn and one for my undercar LED lights.
