Default BRAKE Pedal Arm how to..Automatic

Ok I ordered a factory bright brake pedal for my 2003 PT GT just like the 2004 PT GT's have factory from Chrysler-factory part.Well you cant just slip on the new pad-you must change the whole arm..( bright pedal pad is a tad bigger )-how hard to change the arm ? suggestions,thanks MJB
