Default Rear Hardwood Flooring

Hello All,

I wanted to see if anyone on here has installed hardwood flooring in the back of their PT.

I want to do a very dark walnut or something similar to that.

Ive looked at doing it and I was going to get a sheet of plywood and cut it to fit in the back and glue/nail the flooring ontop of that, I want it to cover the footwell from the rear seats so that it is completely level for me to start building the entertainment system on.

Yes, there were after market companies doing the wood flooring in all kinds of wood. Neither after market place is on-line anymore so I don't know if they are still in business. Some owners have done it themselves. Jerry (user name wwpptc) I believe, has done the inside of his PT in all wood, maybe he'll answer up on this thread. I bought the pre-cut pieces just for the half floor from tail to back seat with rear shelf to match. I could have bought the longer pieces but wanted my back seats.

That tank looks pretty cool, never thought it'd be a sub.

I got the hardwood today, just need to go get a sheet of plywood to put the hardwood on.

Do you have anymore pictures of the back? I'd like to see what it looks like for the cutouts around the parts that stick out.

That's pretty much the only pictures I have of mine. My bottom piece ins in two pieces also, like mityquik. The four corners are cut out in semi-circles to go around the "D" rings that hold the netting that came with the cruiser.
