Default Can there be to much red on my PT?

I have an infernal red PT. Since I have a 2010, the interior looks very monotone (see attached picture). I am getting black or charcoal leather seats and want to add red leather inserts. I also want have my airbag cover/speedometer cover painted. Usually I see those parts painted the same color as the exterior. That might to much red or it may be wicked cool. Does anybody have that look or any ideas for me? I know what I like when I see it, but often make mistakes when I try to design something myself.

I think it would look good with the red seat inserts and painted dash trim.

I agree. One thing that looked cool to us was the body colored airbag and guage covers. I think the seat inserts would look good to, but I might stop there before it gets out of hand. I saw a blue truck the other day that the guy had blue everything including the hanging sack under the blue hitch. What a piece of ...., well you know.

Check out the custom floor mats for added character to.

black leather seats with red baseball stitching...yummy!

Red piping is also cool, and I'd go with MrMike's red welt kits, they would really dress up that dashboard!

You could add inferno red vent covers from MRK, and go with a minimalist silver/red mix, but I'll agree, the dash does look a lot nicer with the airbag and gauge cover matching the exterior. You might also check out the Sooner Cruiser, I think that was an '06.

Is it possible to go overboard on red? Eh, only if you had these seats. (Attached.)

Thanks everybody for your comments and also taken the time to send pictures.I have the whole spectrum now. Wolfman's pic shows me what it will look like if I just add the dash and then the others add some red to the seats, and then there are some that look like there on fire. I heard somebody mention one time the piping can be uncomfortable. The red stitching is nice. I was looking into MrMikes leather seats, but I guess he only does 00-05.
