Default Dash kits

Ok I have been seeing these dash kits to put woodgrain or carbon fiber etc into the cruisers. Has anyone used these? They look neat but I wonder if the texture from the OEM dash comes through. Does anyone know or ever seen or tried them?
As always thanks to everyone who are helping me guide my car to my idea of perfection

Cool Re: Dash kits

I did the "Real Rosewood" in the black GT vert!
Was a beautiful touch on the interior.
My Rosewood showed up really well.
I would venture to say that a dark burl would not.

Love your pics... the engine cover its a great add, does it has another application more than esthetically? I really like how it looks but I'm seeing like a little wing in the right side, its like an air breathing thingy? or cowl induction?

Thanks
Daniel

i wouldn't know if the pre-cut trim kits would show the texture but when i wrap the things in my car, i can either leave the texture out or have it show through by heating the vinyl more then usual. if you look closely to this pic of one of my pillars, you can see i texturized it, that what i call it.

Daniel,
Not sure what wingy thingy you are referring too.
If it's the wing that goes "up" towards the window or strut bar, that is just the shape of the Aussie cover, where I have it simply rest on top of the strut bar for stability.
Yes! Just for "show"!
