Double_H, welcome to the Forum!!

What ever it is, it is a "add on". Just where is this located, Passenger Compartment (where) or Engine Compartment (where).

Sorry, I can't. Does it have any kind of manufacture name on it?

Hey their Double_H,

First off welcome to the Forum.

That looks to be an aftermarket auxiliary port or RCA Interface. Its usually used for something like if you have a monitor and would like to plug in a video game system, back up camera, external DVD, or so forth provided you have a power inverter if you plan on using a device that requires a 110 power outlet. Its basically like something that uses an RCA plug at home where you have the left and right (red and white usually) audio plugs and yellow video plug just like you would use when connecting a similar devise at home on your TV.

Best bet I would say would be a car stereo shop. They should have something like that pretty readily available or know where to get one and be able to install it professionally without you having to go through and trace out wires unless your in to that kinda thing. Its really not all that big of a deal but their is no telling how the original installer put everything together and sometimes if you don't do this kinda thing all the time it can get to be a real headache in a heartbeat. Been there, done that more than once. The only thing I would think might be a bit of a glitch would be that most audio video ports won't likely be the same size so they may need to make a small plate or something to adapt the size but still make it look half way decent but its not a real big deal to do that.

That's my take on it anyway.
