On the passenger side air bag cover where it says "pt cruiser" I wanted remove the pt and replace it with something like gt or perhaps turbo. But guess what? when I tried to remove what I thought were letter decals on the air bag covers, I discovered they are MOLDED!, now I have a problem. I have the surface part of the pt removed, but I have to sand to smooth now. has anyone done this successfully? gary[:I]

Hi Gary I did the same thing and it was really hard to fix. WE even had the air bag out of the PT. So we ended up wet sanding then even had to put some bodyfiller to smooth it out.So while it was out we wet sanded the SRS off also .

I was thinking that an air brush guy could do something to blend it in. TBURG, I love that interior/ Gary
