Welcome from NY My floor mats I bought them from mopar-wholesale.com for less than $100 for a set of four The brake noise is a common issue if you have rear drums. I believe I solved it, in my wife's PT, by using Bendix shoes from rockauto.com.

do you have to change the rotors or the drums? Better question, do you have all rotors or is it half and half. Rotors & drums.

here's a lil advice on doing the rotors
the red circles indicate where the bolts are. just remove the bolts and take off the caliper. remove the pads and replace them with the new ones. remember to get a C-clamp and use one of the old pads to help push the piston back in, after that just do everything in reverse. if you have trouble trying to fit the caliper on remember that there are little rubber boots that the bolts go through. just press them in and slide the caliper back on.

Ours has been noisy since we got it and my aunt that owned it prior said it is just part of the crappy rear brakes. They have always done the grind/squeal.

I just put in 2 new drums as of this past weekend, not Chrysler units.
I cleaned everything good too. So far so good.
