ok sure, but I think I could get the gauge bezel, centre trim (around radio), and pass side airbag cover done in REAL C/F for what they want for that stick on kit.

I think the Black Cherrywood would look awesome on a black cruiser. Was thinking of getting the same for mine.

I also have been considering installing a WOODVIEW DASH KIT and I may go with one of their 5-piece 3-D Molded Dash Kits. Trying to decide [u]what color would look best</u> with my GT's "Shawdow Dot" carbon fiber dash/passenger air bag cover and "brushed aluminum" steering wheel inserts, racing pedals, and dead pedal.

Think I have narrowed it down to Brushed Aluminum, Black Cherrywood, or Gray Carbon Fiber as pictured below:

So far, the best price I have found is $217 from the AutoDash Emporium, Portland, OR (http://www.autodash.com/details.lass...n=ch-ptcrs02cc)

What color do you think would go "best" with the interior of my GT? From what I have been able to determine there is no after-market dash kit made today that matches the "shadow dot pattern" of the 2003/2004 GT Models.

Gary, you are correct that no one makes the "shadow dot pattern" currently. I am afraid that the Gray Carbon Fiber would look like it was a bad match so I would eliminate that one personally. If you like the dark look of the interior, go with the Black Cherrywood, if you want to lighten the interior, go with the Aluminum.

I was kinda of thinking along the same lines as you Gary. I believe for anything to match the Carbon Fiber you would have to do the gage and air bag cover. That in itself would bring the price up. What ever I end up doing, I will probably replace the factories carbon fiber. I do like the black cherrywood.

bigdogdad, were it not for the interior pin-stripes and flames--whick I like as they "tie-in" my car's exterior custom paint--I most likely would replace the factory's carbon fiber. Think the aluminum would give a "more sporty look" whereas the black cherrywood would provide a "more subtle but elegant look".

I just bought a dash kit form Woodview. I am waiting for it to arrive so that I can install it in the Woody[?]. I will post some pics when the job is down - probably not til spring arrives!!! I hate this snow crap!!
