Default Thinking of Woodview dash...

Thinking of the Black Cherrywood to compliment my black '01 5-speed. The "woodgrain" colors should integrate well: http://www.autotrucktoys.com/ptcruis...egory_ID=6 19

Anybody installed this 7-piece moulded kit? In this color? Where's a good place to buy? Anybody done the Chrome APC A/C grilles?

The quality of the Woodview kit I have is excellent. I've never seen the Black Cherrywood before. You might wish to call and get a sample (for a refundable deposit) first to see how it goes with your interior.

Let me know if they let you do that. Im VERY interested in the carbon fiber one...my interior is a bit on the stock side

IMO, If an interior dash kit is that much, it BETTER look good.

JB I forgot to ask you, is a complete replacement...do you have to remove the entire dash to install it? I hope you do.

nope...it fits pretty precisely over the existing dash though, I only had one small problem with gettiing it to cover the existing dash pieces....a little heating it up pulling it off and replacing it fixed it up though.

I'm working with the assumption this kit is for a 5 speed:

The reason this kit is so high is that every piece is molded, there are no simple flat pieces and it includes all three pods. BUT it has the only good moldings for door handle surrounds that I could find.[:I]

P.S. If you do it yourself, be sure and check PTDIY for instructions AND don't forget the alcohol spray for extra positioning time. Just hold it till it drys.
