I'd go to the performance and tech section, Chromenut's post is 'stickied' at top, download the appropriate year Factory Parts Manual and do some sleuthing as to whether the harnesses were standard on not heat models or not.

You could also ask about the FSM (S=Service) and look at service procedures for exactly where these items are.

OK! We do not know what year cruiser you have.
Here is information for the 2001-2005 years, taken from the 2003 shop manuals.
The heated seat system operates through fuse #4 in the Power Distribution Center (PDC), and fuses #6 & 17 to the heated seat relay in the (lower left) dash fuse panel.
The wiring harness runs from connector (C203) behind the lower right kick panels (forward of the front passenger door).
The harness is under the trim panels below the door, with the appropriate connectors (C307 & C308) under the seats.
The wiring diagram is complicated. It works through a module to control the system that is under the passenger seat cushion pan, toward the front edge. I assume that your seats have this module.

C308 Under driver seat) has these 9 wires with colors:
BK, RD/LG, BK/DG, RD/DG, VT/DG, VT/WT, RD/WT, LB/BK, TN/BK

C307 Under driver seat) has these 8 wires with colors:
BK, BK/DG, RD/DG, VT/DG, VT/WT, RD/WT, LB/BK, TN/LB

Some of these wires are for the seat power height adjustment (RD/LG).

RD/WT from C203 to C308 seems to be the main power, feeding the passenger side seat through C307. The driver's seat is spliced from passenger's side (S313 & S314, near T/O for passenger heated seat module???). Apparently the power feeds from the car's right side to the driver's seat, most likely under the cross brace to which the rear of the seat rails are attached.
BK is ground.
Good luck.
