Default Installing new switches, your opinion!

I have been wanting to install rocker switches for exterior and interior lights on my cruiser but until now have not been happy with the location of the running light switch ( below stering column) so have not install any additional switches.

After seening a mod for a PC screen in the center bezel it got me to thinking about light switch locations so I came up with the following idea. This mod is for the 2nd gen. Cruiszr but could probably be applied to 1st gen. as well.

Here is my idea as seen in photos.

My thoughts was to cover the switch plate and box with a thin polished SS.
By installing the switches in this location it would make it easy to get to the back of the switches by removing box should problems occur.

What do you think?

Thumbs up Re: Installing new switches, your opinion!

Looks Good to me Cruiszer,
I might even try it myself....I was going to put mine up on the A trim. But this seems
better and easy to get to....PTpreacher

the green arrow points to the side mirror switch and the bottom switch is for the knight rider light and the other switch is for the led's in the sprayers
