Default Interior Lights - Power Drain?

G'day folks,

For awhile I noticed that when I put my indicator on, the clock face flickers with it. I think other dash lights are affected too, but the clock is very obvious.

So I tried it while the car was moving, it seems to not flicker. The extra juice from the battery while running must be related.

So is this a battery issue or a bulb issue? On a side note, what fuse controls the light in the cargo area? I can't seem to make it work. Cheers
