Hi,
I've just purchased a set of illuminated pedals for my PT and was wondering where to hook up the wiring, the instructions don't go into details very well. Is there any power source close by the pedals? I'd prefer to hook up to the lighting system so they would only illuminate in the dark. Thanks |

Go to the fuse box right next to the steering wheel and use a spare fuse slot. Put a switch on it so you can turn them on and off as you please. Piece of cake.

Dunno what kind ya got, but you should be able to take off the driver's side kick panel to reveal a wiring harnes. It's that little jobbie with the hood release handle in it. The panel just pops off. The harness has a black plastic band around it. Pry the band back and it will force the harness apart. On the back side of the harness there is a black wire with a yellow stripe. Crimp a spade connector onto the pedal's power wire. Plug your power into that black/yellow wire's hole. Put everything back together. Now when you turn on your parking lights the pedals will light up.
