Default Best interior?

Looking to fix up my interior - basic stuff, cleaning and washing. Whats the best materials to use?

Also might be looking at upgrading some stuff, like chrome locks or chrome speaker rims. Easy cheap stuff like that. Any good pics out there of awesome interiors?

Awesome interiors? Too much of that awe and one gets awful.
Unobtainium manifests an awesome American walnut and chrome luxury, or not.

More interior pictures of this car can be seen here and on my other linked pages

This is my 02 Dream Cruiser 1. Chrysler did a nice job. Seats are leather.

To me, there's nothing that beats the simplicity and "cool factor" of the factory black (dark slate gray) leather in the 2004/2005 GT. You just can't beat it.

My's the BEST (for me!).

2005 N/A 5 speed manual - Booger bushings, K&N Filter, MSD spark plug wires, APC Taillights, Accra-Form Running Boards, Hubcap Mike's Spoke Hubcaps, Retrosound radio (usb1-2/aux1-2/bluetooth), Chrysler 1949 Hood Ornament, and a Flameball white pearl shift knob (which makes it go faster).

SOOO BIG and I are really happy with his "new" 2001 Dark Grey Suede and Leather seats. He's also very proud that he is now a member of that small select group of two drawer PT Cruisers.
I think any PTer wanting to up grade their interior should always keep and eye out for that diamond in the rough. It took me two months and many roamings of various yards to find the seats, but it was worth it.

I'm also very pleased that they set me back just $158.00 out the door after a lucky raid on the Daytona LKQ yard!

The texture contrast of the Dark Grey Suede and Leather texture of these very early PT Cruiser seats are pleasing to the eye and actually more comfortable than all leather trim seats.

As far as up keep and cleaning, when the seats first came out of the yard, I cleaned the suede with a solution of Dawn Dish Detergent. It worked famously. a little brushing to bring up the suede nap was all that was necessary. I treated the Leather with Meguiar's wipes and the plastic trim with original Armour All.

Happy PTin', ptprice
