Default Interior Spruceupp

I assume this is the forum to ask this in:
Backstory: I found someone that will barter me thier painting skills in exchange for my PC skills. They are going to paint some parts inside my car.

1. What is getting painted: Teardrop area around door handles, Bezel around auto shifter, knobs in heat ducts, and the dash area around the radio, heater, etc

2. Since i have Armor-All'ed the interior what should i use to make sure the plastic is ready to take the paint?

3. Are there any sites that have affordable prepainted inserts or covers for these places? I have an Electric Blue PT. If you havent noticed; NOONE carries this color.

Help PLease!!

Thank you!

You should be able to get away with using some 409 and give it a good scrub down, and let it sit in the sun for a while, let it dry out real well. Then prime and paint.
These guys carry electric blue:

I ordered a bottle of steel blue from them, and it's about the size of a nail polish bottle. I would presume that after thinning it down for spraying applications, you should only need 1 to 2 bottles. The paint does match up real well, I have a pearl coat, and the match is exact.

Don't forget that Mopar dealers sell the matching exterior paint in both liquid and spray cans. They match.[?]

This guy has lots of pre-painted parts.. I have never ordered from him, but then again I haven't heard anything bad on the PTE site from the people who have.

Hope this helps
