Default Driver side too tall?

My 2003 PT Cruiser Limited Leather seats are too tall on the drivers side. I have a hard time seeing out the top of the window at traffic lights overhead.
I used the automatic seat height adjustment to lower the seat as much as possible, but it still high. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jeremy Bays[xx(]

I have the same problem with the stock seats. Don't know if anybody makes a shorter seat riser(base).

You sit lower in a car that doesn't have the electric seats.

Actually that is what I usually do. I open the sunroof and look out it at the traffic light.

I have the power seat height adjustment in my car and I find it too high too even in the lowest position - - and I'm short. You'd have to be very short (under 5') for this option to be useful, IMHO.

im 6'7" and of course i have the same problem. my plans are to remove the seat bracket, plasma cut about 2-3" out of it and weld it back together. i can always raise it up with the power adjustment in case someone else needs to drive it. I'll get to it this winter and post up some pics.

There are old school stop light prisms here: http://www.taillightking.com/Blue_Dots-Reflectors.htm . One of them has a suctioncup base on it.

A buddy of mine has a similar prism in his Mini that just sticks to the windshield. I'm looking for info on that too.
