Headliner removal

Anybody feel like givin' me instructions for removing my headliner? Much thanx all.

Go to PTDIY, their instructions are great. Much easier to read than explain. Also I would look for a Plastic trim stick. I purchased mine from: http://www.miller.spx.com for about $4.00 per. As I was removing the parts I'd stack them on the side of the car I took them off of, so as not to get turned around on reinstall.Good luck

Thanx for the reply and the tip. I was hoping to avoid PTDIY cuz I'm losing my internet connection soon. I hate to pay for a years membership when I can only use it for a couple more months. Of course even if the headliner removal is all I get out of it, at least I wouldn't destroy my headliner. That'd be worth $18.00, right?

I'm still open to instructions via this forum tho.

I'll try this it's rather lengthy. Remove your visors torx head screws,2 on the visor & 1 Phillips head on the catch. Unscrew the handles in the headliner but not all the way, there are round plastic catches behind liner. Remove all door pillar post A,B, &C posts. Unplug any electrical connections, Overhead console, Illuminated visors. No need to disconnect dome light in middle of headliner because that is wired and plugged in up front in A pillars. Watch how B pillars are removed because you have to replace them,they're tricky because of the seastbelt adjuster and the weatherstripping. The pillar post have 1 or 2 metal tanged inserts that have to be removed from the metal pillar behind pillar post, they can be squeezed together when pulled out.Remove rear seats and tilt passenger seat flat and drivers seat back. Remove plastic cover by speakers and along top of liner in rear. There are 2 plastic buttons that have to be taken out up in th rear ceiling. Get someone to help remove the headliner by tilting to the passenger side and pulling out the back.Might not be a bad idea to wear throw away plastic gloves so you keep the headliner clean. I'm just curious. Why would you need/want to remove the headliner?

I had to remove mine to install my OEM roof rack, I want to put sound deadening in the roof when I get the chance. Some remove to install DVD players
